THE ANGEL SOLUTION, INC. is a privately held company serving Senior citizens and families in Florida. Because of our knowledge of the Florida Medicaid regulations, we help many families protect their life savings.
We charge reasonable fees. Our fees are typically the same as those
you would pay other professionals who specialize in Medicaid eligibility… HOWEVER…we
provide not only the proper research and filing of multiple
forms, but give assistance in the selection of a nursing home for your loved one.
In counseling clients to preserve assets, Medicaid-friendly annuities are often used, from which we earn commissions from financial institutions. Additional fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the individual family plan.
At the family’s request, we can be the designated representative for the
Medicaid applicant. We represent the family at Medicaid appointments. You
never have to face a case worker.
We handle all Medicaid applications in-house. We do not refer you to
someone else to handle the application for a separate fee.
We spend 100% of our time on Medicaid eligibility. This is all we do… each and every day. Nothing else!
We do not practice law. We do, however, refer clients to an attorney in our office. Our fee includes most of the legal work necessary to qualify for Medicaid.
